Welcome home, Eric Jensen!
The Stefano Bemer family keeps growing! We are proud to announce that Mr Eric Jensen has joined us as Head Cutter and Tailor of our American bespoke tailoring division, right out of New York City.
Mr Jensen began his training in Rome (Italy) in 2009, under Luigi Gallo, apprenticed under Chris Despos in Chicago and then opened his own tailor shop in New York. Between 2020 and 2023 he has been cutting under the label of his Roman maestro and he has now joined the Stefano Bemer group, where he will direct the Su Misura Tailoring division.
Eric's unique tailoring method blends the Italian softness of a jacket with visual structure, ensuring comfort without compromising on shape and drape. To the expert eye, Roman and Neapolitan influences are noticeable and will be a great complement to the Florentine style that Stefano Bemer carries on under the heritage of Maestro Vestrucci.
We are honoured to be adding his skills, unique style and contemporary vision to our offering and thrilled to keep expanding our horizon in the realm of style, quality and craftsmanship.
Su Misura by Eric Jensen is a strictly bespoke line and is offered to both Men and Women in the new Stefano Bemer New York atelier (opening March 2024).
