HOW DO I DETERMINE MY ITALIAN SHOE SIZE?

HOW SHOULD A SHOE FIT?

A shoe should be tight at the back and not at the front. It should hold the rear of the foot firmly, to stop it from slipping in and towards the toe box, and provide enough room at the front for the toes to move. In our opinion, it's therefore the instep that determines most of the comfort and correct fit of the shoe (given that the heel cup fits you perfectly, of course), as it's the movement of the foot that causes rubbing and blisters on the heel or ankle, and can cause discomfort to the toes by allowing the foot to slide forward. When deciding which size of shoe to buy, therefore, make sure the ankle is held tightly around the opening of the shoe and that there is a little space between the faces while the lacing is tighter than you are used to. Once the shoe "moulds" around your foot, it will give and generate further space, so you'd better be on the tight side when you first wear it.

HOW CAN I MAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Returns of RTW items are allowed within 14 days of receipt. Return or exchange requests must be communicated within 8 days after purchase (or shipment arrival) of merchandise. All products must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that this does not apply for customized items, which cannot be returned.

We offer FREE RETURNS on all our Ready-to-Wear shoes (please remember that Made-to-Order shoes cannot be returned). Upon request of returning an item, we release a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide shipping labels. We’ll refund the cost of the merchandise upon receipt of the goods (so the only charge that remains standing is the initial shipping fee).

Returns for size exchange are free of shipping charge (one size exchange per order included. Further size exchanges will be subject to shipping fees).

Items that have been purchased at a discounted price (either by special general offer or by using group or individual discount codes) can’t be returned, if not for size exchange or store credit. Shipping costs, in this case, are charged to the client.
