Three eyelet chukka boots in Superbuck suede in storm welt construction and thicker sole.
A handmade chukka boot made of loden superbuck suede typically features a low ankle height and a three eyelet lace-up design. The loden superbuck suede is a premium quality suede leather made from sheepskin. It is known for its durability, water-resistance, and unique texture. This type of boot is perfect for both casual and formal occasions, and can be paired with a variety of clothing styles. The craftsmanship of the boot is handmade, adding unique detail and care to the final product.
Chukka was likely first worn in India by off-duty soldiers. Eventually, the British Army soldiers wore a similar boot during the Western Desert Campaign of WWII. The Chukka made its way back west because of Nathan Clark, who served in the war and brought the shoe back to his family to recreate.
