With new tariffs on imports from Europe to the US and VAT continuing across Europe and the UK, it sometimes feels like international trade is being penalised. But we’re here to say:

We stand with our clients!

As you may have heard, effective August 1st, all imports from Europe into the USA will be subject to a 15% duty. This is the final step in aligning pricing between Europe and the US—unless you’re one of the lucky non-EU citizens collecting your purchase in Europe and taking advantage of the VAT refund.
It’s been a long and confusing road (and yes, we believe it could’ve been handled quite differently…). But it seems the dust is finally settling.

Taxes may be a fact of life, but we refuse to let them get in the way of a great experience. That’s why we’re offering all our clients a 15% voucher to ease the burden of these new duties and taxes.

All qualifying orders that pay VAT or import duties (and do not benefit from a VAT refund) will receive 15% back at the time of delivery—a small way to say thank you for navigating this new reality with us. Please note: the minimum spend to qualify for this offer is $1,690 USD or €1,500.

It’s not quite the same as “no taxes”, we know—but we hope it shows how committed we are to doing whatever it takes to offer an exceptional experience.
